ART-INVEST REAL ESTATE: MARTIN WOLFRAT BECOMES NEW HEAD OF HAMBURG

As the new Head of Hamburg, he is now responsible for all businesses in the Hanseatic city. Since joining Art-Invest Real Estate in August 2015, Wolfrat has contributed significantly to the successful development and implementation of several projects as a senior investment manager in Hamburg; especially at the Klöpperhaus on Rödingsmarkt and the ADMI AHOI in Admiralitätsstraße in the middle of Hamburg city.

Johannes Lichtenthaler will in future be the managing director of Hammerbrooklyn Creative Development, an associated company of Art-Invest Real Estate, and take on tasks for the Gustav Zech Foundation.

In his function as Head of Hamburg at Art-Invest Real Estate, he led the Hamburg branch through a very formative time and helped to develop and successfully complete numerous projects - including the Alten Wall am Alsterfleet, one of the most important prestige projects in the Hanseatic city.

Ferdinand Spies, COO at Art-Invest Real Estate, comments: “As a dynamic and growing company, we are pleased to be able to offer our employees new opportunities in their functions. The possibility of filling management positions from within our own ranks, when possible, is important to us. We thank Martin Wolfrat and Johannes Lichtenthaler for their outstanding work in the past years and wish them continued success with their new tasks.”
