Erik Florvaag (34) previously worked as a partner & co-head of hotels for the real estate investor and project developer Art-Invest Real Estate, which the GHOTEL Group acquired in early 2020. In this role, he oversaw numerous transactions in the purchase and sale as well as project developments and thus made a decisive contribution to the expansion of the hotel portfolio. Even before the takeover of the GHOTEL Group, Florvaag also significantly advanced the development of the business model "Hotel Operation" at Art-Invest Real Estate.
